How many capsules should I take?

For daily use: We recommend taking 1 capsule per day to allow the natural ingredients to promote a healthy inflammatory response and provide the optimal environment to heal your aching joints.

For situational use: If you prefer to take Joint Pain Support & Joint Inflammation Support only when you feel overwhelmed by joint pain or in anticipation of intense exercise, we recommend taking 2 to 4 capsules.

Proper dosage is an individual process that depends on what works best for you and your body. We do not recommend taking more than 6 capsules per day.

What time of day should I take the capsules?


We recommend taking Joint Pain Support & Joint Inflammation Support when you wake up in the morning. 


This will allow the active ingredients to stimulate a healthy inflammatory response and ensure pain-free movement while you are active throughout the day.

Should I take the capsules with or without food?


You may take Joint Pain Support & Joint Inflammation Support with or without food.


However, please keep in mind that if you take Joint Pain Support & Joint Inflammation Support with food, it may take longer for the nutrients to be absorbed into your system.
