Worst Food #3 : Deep Fried

Chicken , Chips & Other

Highly Processed Foods

I emphasised the word "processed" because it is significant.

I guess you are not into consuming fast food daily.

However; most individuals have no idea about how processed most of their food is.

Perhaps, you already know how important it is to stay away from trans-fat.

Trans-fats are strongly connected to chronic, systemic Inflammation and are so terrible for you that it is recommended by the Institute of Medicine that we simply keep trans-fat consumption as low as we can.

French fries are definitely not the only culprit, corn, soybean, sunflower oils, and peanut are good examples of vegetable oils which are rich in omega-6 fats, that most Western Individuals eat far too much of.

Excessive Omega-6 leads to Inflammation, and Inflammation causes fibrin. In case your body has lost its capability to "calling off the fibrin" when it is not needed, you could run into major problems, specifically if you are above 25-years old.

What keeps most under 25-years old from experiencing pain? And what also makes them immune to Joint pain and arthritis.

The answer to these questions leads us to the contentious discovery in 1972 done by a New York doctor which unfolds a significant secret about joint pain and arthritis.

I want to ensure that you fully understand this before we continue to Worst Food #2 (that most individuals consume a lot during summer months).
